Prenatal Yoga
I have really enjoyed the prenatal yoga - so much so that I change my plans so that I can attend. Each week I leave not only feeling rested but also feeling at ease with my current state of pregnancy. I like how Caroline encourages support and connections among the women in the class.
My whole body feels "tender"- back, abs, legs. The prenantal yoga helps to gently alleviate any muscle tightness and general discomfort that comes with growing a bundle of joy. It makes me feel a much stronger connection with my growing baby too. I feel so refreshed, relaxed and physically comfortable when I leave class every week. These are three things that are hard to come by in latter stages of my pregnancy!

Mom and Baby Fitness
With being a new mom and having to work part-time, it's difficult to find the time to work out and exercise. With the help of Thank You Mommy Wellness Center I am able to participate in work out classes that challange my body giving me a great work out while at the same time I can spend quality time bonding with my son (5 months).
I find the Yummy, Tummy Butt and Thighs class continually challenges me and that I see the results for my efforts. I also love the possitive energy and getting to know all the other great moms.
The unique class designs and Caroline's positive energy make these workouts both effective and a lot of fun. What better way to set a great example for our babies than to involve them in our exercise routine right from the beginning!
