Interval training is one of the most invigorating exercise methods and this class keeps you hopping! Bring your motivation and sheer desire for a sleek and strong body because this class helps you melt the fat away!
Baby moves along with you from station to station, adding resistance and giggles to your workout as they partake in some of the exercises with you. Throughout the class your little one is looking on with admiration as mom works hard to keep herself feeling and looking great!
JOLIE MAMA
Smooth and Lean
(Ages 0 – 6 mos.)
If a tall and lean dancer’s bearing is what you are looking for, this is your class.
Baby floats along with you throughout various poses that tone, strengthen, lengthen and sculpt the body. This is a challenging yet peaceful class to help you move back into a fit body and mind while bonding, connecting and laughing with your baby.
This class is a wonderful way to feel great and look great while exercising with your baby!
BOOTY-LISCIOUS MAMA
Booty-licious Mama is our BUTT SCULPTOR! However, with a sexy booty comes hard work and this will be, by far, our most intense class. We will move through some cardio and butt sculpting exercises, and we will use a combination of leg weights and bands for those who are craving a round, sculpted booty!
Don’t let me know scare you off, it’s an awesome class and one that you will get better at each time you come! The class is based on Brazilian techniques that help to lift and shape those wonderful butts on the Brazilian beaches! :O)
BABY BELLY YOGA
Calm and Relaxed
(All trimesters, all intensity levels)
This class is designed to help the mom ease into postures that allow more space for the baby to grow while increasing the oxygen flow to baby through deep breathing.
Mom’s back strength increases gradually allowing for a more comfortable and enjoyable pregnancy, especially towards the end of the third trimester when baby is at its biggest
