Owner Caroline Neitzel, also a new mom, started the classes last year. At Neitzel’s classes there is no daycare—babies are an essential part of the fitness. Moms use their babies to move through the exercises, using their weight as resistance.

I began my own business, Thank You Mommy Wellness Center, in 2009 so I could be an example to my daughter. I wanted to show her that success is possible, if we choose it, and also keep her with me throughout her younger years. My vision is to build a luxury wellness center for babies and kids up to five years old, which will offer an extensive variety of classes for young children.
